Volunteer!

In the early years of the American frontier, entire communities would come together and help their neighbors raise barns. A barn raising was very labor intensive and all community members, young and old alike, would take part in the event. By helping The 2009 Four States Ag Expo is less than two months away, and we need a barn raising!

We Need You!
We are asking local businesses and community members to help run the largest and most innovative agriculture show between the Great Plains and the West Coast. The Ag Expo has been in Montezuma County for 27 years, providing a forum for agricultural producers, suppliers and consumers in Colorado. In 2007, the Ag Expo brought in an estimated 17,000 visitors and had a 2 million dollar impact on our community.

This event is run almost entirely by volunteers. With nearly 2,500 volunteer hours needed, your opportunities to help are endless! We need folks to man the information booth, drive shuttle buses, sell and take tickets, direct parking, and setup and breakdown the facilities.
