Special CSU Ag Adventure
Friday, March 16th - 9:30 – 3:00
The Four States Ag Expo is offering an exceptional experience for 4th and 5th graders this year: the CSU “Ag Adventure" will hold a special day-long program on Friday, March 16, from 9:30 – 3:00. We invite your child to participate. The Ag Adventure will be open Saturday and Sunday to everyone, but on Friday, the Adventure will be specifically geared toward this age group.
Reserve a spot for your child today!- food geography
- water and soil science
- native plants
- livestock (sheep, goats, cattle, alpaca)
- heritage and innovations in agriculture
- farm methods and equipment
Demonstrations by Ag Expo visiting clinicians will include:
· wagon-making and driving
· herding dogs
· starting young horses in training
If your district’s schools are out that day, bring your child. You can enjoy the Ag Expo while your child is enjoying his or her Ag Adventure.
All of this is FREE for your child and will be sure to be a FUN day for all!
(Adult daily admission to the Expo is $5. Parking is free.)
