Booth Reservations
- Deposit Due: 50% due with reservation
- Balance due no later than February 15, 2012
- Refunds:
- In full if cancelled by February 15, 2012
- 50% refund for cancellation between February 16-29, 2012
- No refunds for cancellations after February 29, 2012
- Listing will appear on web as deposit payment is received.
Bull/Heifer Sale
- Entry Deadline: February 1, 2012
- Cancellation deadline: March 1, 2012
Event Poster Logo (Sponsor, as appropriate to level)
- Contribution deadline for logo to appear on event poster: January 9, 2012
