Promotional Opportunities
Exhibitor, Consignor & Sponsor Media Releases: For exhibitors and consignors paid in full, we’ll help promote your company: If you submit a brief press release about your organization, ranch, products or industry that can be used in promotion of the Ag Expo, we’ll distribute it to our extensive media list. Please include the author’s name and sources used, and limit text to approximately 150 words. Digital photos are also welcome. The Ag Expo assumes no responsibility for media editing of submitted materials and cannot guarantee publication—but we’ll do our best for you.
Classroom Access: Our upstairs classrooms are available on a limited basis for 30 minutes at a time, for you to demonstrate your product or promote your service. Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis for exhibitors after all fees are paid in full.
Advertisements: Our print and radio media partners generally offer program and advance publicity advertising discounts to sponsors and exhibitors.
Door Prizes: Many exhibitors choose to give door prizes during the event. You will have access to the microphone at the Information Booth on the :15 and :45 of the hours during the show to announce your winners.
Appreciation Reception
We are glad you’ve decided to participate! Join us for the Exhibitor, Sponsor & Volunteer Appreciation Reception Dinner on Thursday from 5:30 until 7:00 p.m.
