Booth Assignments General

• Space will be provided on a first come –first served basis
• Booth fees are based on size, square footage & location.  See Exhibitors/Presenters for individual booth prices and availability.
• Space will be limited to the areas assigned, exhibitors will not be allowed to set up in un-numbered locations
• Each manufacturer/dealer must have their own liability insurance
• All deposits and payments for booth and pen space must be received prior to deadlines.
• Tables will be available for rent  for  $10 per table.  Please indicate on your Exhibitor Contract the number of tables needed. Supplies are limited.

Admittance & Parking

• Vendors will receive 2 parking passes and two 4- day pins per booth. Additional 4 day passes are available at $15 each.  You will receive your pins and parking passes at check-in.
• Beginning on Thursday, no vehicle will have access to vendor parking without a vendor parking pass and no person over 16 will be admitted without a ticket or vendor pass without paying the $5 entry fee

Seed Stock Row & Equestrian Pavilion

• Seed Stock Row provides breeders an affordable opportunity to show the elite breeding stock found throughout the Four States.
• All animals in Seed Stock Row and the Livestock Pavilion must have health certificates and ownership papers.
• No animal on exhibit in the Livestock Pavilion or Seed Stock Row shall be allowed to leave at any time for any reason other than under the recommendation of a veterinarian for health reasons.
• There is a maximum of two large animals per 10 x 10 stall and three animals per 12 x 12.  There is a maximum of four small animals per 10 x 10 stall. 

Business After Hours Reception
Get to know your fellow vendors at the Cortez Area Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours reception on Thursday evening from 5:30 until 7:00 p.m.  People tend to do business with people they know…. so make sure everyone knows you!

Door Prizes
Many vendors choose to give door prizes during the event.  You will have access to the microphone on the hour and half hour during the show to announce your winners at the Information Booth.

Press Release opportunity
We’ll help you promote your company if you submit a press release about your organization, products or industry that can be used in promotion of the Ag Expo, as well as in our official program.  Please include the author’s name and cite any sources used.  Digital photos are also welcome.

Vendor Registration Bags:
Give us 250 of your promotional items and we’ll distribute them in the vendor bags.  If you’d like to participate, we need your items by February 19, 2010.
