Set up for the Expo will begin at 9:00 am on Wednesday March 17th. You will have full access to all areas of the fairgrounds for set up until 8 pm.
Before you begin setting up please check in at the Information Booth in the Main Pavilion. At that time you will receive your registration bag with parking passes and vendor pins. Beginning on Thursday, no vehicles will have access to vendor parking without a parking pass and no person over 16 will be admitted without a ticket or vendor pass without paying.
For the benefit of all exhibitors and visitors to the Expo, exhibitors are expected to occupy their booths during the entire show. Late set up and early departures will not be allowed without written permission of the Ag Expo Board.
Beginning Thursday a vendor shuttle will run from the parking lot into the Expo area to assist you in restocking your booths. Absolutely no parking will be allowed in areas other than assigned parking lots once the show begins.
Any vehicles left unattended in loading zones or non-parking lots will be towed at owners expense beginning at 9 am on Thursday.
